Lodging an Application
Council has a statutory obligation to determine a development application within certain timeframes, therefore an incomplete application will not be accepted. Applicants are advised to address the requirements identified in the Information to be Submitted guidelines obtained using the Development Application Tool - MasterPlan Enquirer.
To lodge your development application you are advised to make an appointment by phoning Customer Service on 9970 1111.
Upon lodgement, Council's Officer will then determine the completeness of the application using the Counter Acceptance Checklist appended to the development application form and determine the fees payable.
