Appeals - Land & Environment Court
Appeal - Subject to sec 97 of the EP&A ACT
Should an applicant be dissatisfied with Councils' determination of an application or the application is not determined by Council within the statutory time frame they can lodge an Appeal to the Land and Environment Court which will then determine the application. The applicant has 12 months from the date of determination to lodge an appeal to the Land & Environment Court.
