Proceed to Construction Certifcate (CC) Tracking
This service allows you to monitor the progress of a construction certificate and to view documentation.
Steps included in the process are lodgement of the application, assessment, approved construction certificate, appointment of principal certifying authority (PCA) critical phase inspections and occupation certificate.
This service applies to all construction certificates submitted since 1st November 2003.
Proceed to Development Application (DA) Tracking
This service allows you to monitor the progress of a development application and to view documentation, plans and submissions relating to those applications.
It represents key milestones in the Development Application process but is not a detailed history.
This service applies to all development applications submitted since 1st July 2003.
Proceed to Rezoning Application (Planning Proposal) Tracking
This service allows you to monitor the progress of a rezoning application (also known as a planning proposal) and to view documentation and submissions relating to those applications.
It represents key milestones in the Planning Proposal process but is not a detailed history.
This service applies to all development applications submitted since 1st July 2003.
