Flood & Estuarine Risk Management
Depending on the location of your property and the proposed development, there are a number of issues with regard to flood and affects from the Pittwater estuary that may need to be addressed in the design stage and before lodging your development application.
Council offers a number of ways of establishing if your property is subject to any of the policies and also provides flood and estuarine levels for certain properties.
