Rezoning R0001/09 17,25-27 Foamcrest Ave, Newport

There is currently a Planning Proposal (rezoning) R0001/09 for 17,25-27 Foamcrest Ave, Newport submitted by Fabcot (Woolworths Ltd). 

This application has been assessed by SJB Planning on behalf of Council. The assessment report and Planning Proposal, will be presented to Council at the meeting of the Planning an Integrated Built Environment Reference Committee meeting on Monday 18 October 2010.


The meeting will be held in Council's Memorial Hall in Park Street, Mona Vale. The Council meeting starts at 6.30pm and the item will be discussed in the order of the agenda. Anyone wishing to attend the meeting may do so. Speakers will be limited to two speakers for the proposal and two speakers against the proposal. Those wishing to speak at the meeting must register with Customer Service on 9970 1111.
