Primary School

The 'Our Coast' Excursion Program is designed for Primary Schools across New South Wales. The programs are designed to allow students to experience and explore a range of habitats including headlands, rock platforms, beaches, lagoons, wetlands and more.
Excursions are staffed by qualified educators, who lead hands-on activities relevant to the school curriculum, and suited to students' abilities. Students have a chance to use a range of scientific equipment in their investigations and use specialised resources such as maps, historical photgraphs and identification guides to aid discovery and observation.
Programs are integrated with the Department of Education K-6 curriculum, Early Stage 1 through to Stage 3.
Excursions and Sample Programs
Please select your appropriate Stage to see all excursion choices offered. These cover various outcomes for the NSW Department of Education Syllabus for HSIE, Science and Technology and COGS. All choices include a sample program.
