The Northern Sydney Aboriginal Social Plan 2007-2011 came to an end on 30 June 2011 and is currently being evaluated.

Aboriginal Heritage Office
The Aboriginal Heritage Office is a joint initiative by Lane Cove, North Sydney, Manly, Warringah, Willoughby, Ku-ring-gai and Pittwater councils, in a progressive move to protect Aboriginal Heritage in these areas.
Free Aboriginal Heritage presentations, guided walks and Koori Games can be provided to all schools in the Ku-ring-gai, Lane Cove, Manly, North Sydney, Pittwater, Warringah and Willoughby Council areas.
