Community Groups contribute in many ways to Pittwater's environment, culture and personal well-being of our residents.
Here is some information that may assist your community group. If you need further assistance, please call Council's Community Relations Department on 9970 1107.
Banner Advertising
Banner Advertising is one way for community groups and organisations to draw attention to their services and events:
- Approval to erect a temporary banner on Council land requires a Temporary Sign (Banner) Application
Community Groups Noticeboard
Our Community Groups Noticeboard is a great way for community groups to advertise things such as weekly meetings, longer events, recruitment of members etc. Items can be posted for as long as needed - where relevant.

Community Calendar
Does your organisation have a valid community event to display on our website? Read the instructions on how to Submit your event and complete the submission form.
On approval your event will appear on the "All Events" summary, be searchable on our Calendar, and may even appear on our homepage!
Community Groups Register
Pittwater has many community groups that strengthen our community and enhance the well-being of residents. The Register of Community Groups is another way by which the community can be informed about the existence of your group.
To register your Bona Fide Community Group please complete an Application Form
