Council Management Plan
The Pittwater Council Management Plan identifies the key actions Council will undertake over the next four years to meet the needs of the community.
The Management Plan flows on from the Strategic Plan and outlines a four-year action plan and annual budget and capital improvements program which will drive Council operations.
Current Management Plan
- The 2009- 2013 Corporate Management Plan was adopted by Council on 15 June 2009 and came into operation on 1 July 2009.
Structure
The plan is divided into five separate parts - each dealing with a specific aspect of the plan. For a more detailed list of the contents in each part, please use the related links at the bottom of the page.
Reporting on Performance
Council reports on its performance against the annual action plans via the Quarterly Reports
