- Church Point Plan of Management - Stage 1 of a 3 stage consultation process has been completed and an "issues and options" paper is currently being finalised. This will be circulated to local residents (on shore and off shore) in December. Stage 2 of the consultation process to discuss the issues and options paper will commence in February 2007.

- Bilarong Reserve - Council has completed stage 2 of the Bilarong Reserve project.
- Newport Community Centre - Work has commenced on the Community Centre project.
- Pittwater Rugby Park - Capital works update.
- North Narrabeen Reserve - newly constructed AFL amenities building opened.
- Rowland Reserve Foreshore Protection - Consultants have now completed options paper.
- Installation of Bores - Installation of bores at playing fields.
- Revolving Energy Funds - Council has commenced its Energy Savings Program.
- Park Street Mona Vale Paving Project - Council has completed the paving and rectification works outside the NAB Bank at Park Street Mona Vale.
- Stormwater Harvesting Project - Council has won a $120,000 grant through the Federal Government's Community Water Grants program.
- North Narrabeen Rockpool - Council has now completed the walkway, railing, new concrete access steps to the amenities block and installed a new sewerage holding tank at North Narrabeen Rockpool.
- Winnererremy Bay Playground Re-opens - Council is pleased to announce that the playground has re-opened.
- Apex Park Mona Vale - Council is pleased to advise that shade sails have been installed over the playground.
