Pittwater Council at its meeting on 19 December 2011, resolved to place on public exhibition the Draft Road Reserve and Streetscape management Policy and Draft Streetscape Management Guidelines on public exhibition. The Draft document proposes to provide policy direction and a set of detailed strategies, processes and procedures for management of and undertaking works within the public road reserves within the Pittwater local government area consistent with Council's 2020 Strategic Plan. The document may be viewed at Customer Service Centres at 1 Park Street, Mona Vale and 59a Old Barrenjoey Road, Avalon as well as Mona Vale Library and Avalon Community Library until Wednesday 29 February.
