Access to Public Documents
This form is used to view public documents (under section 12 of the Local Government Act) and can take up to 10 working days to process. Council will contact the applicant to arrange an appointment at a convenient time. Information will be available to view with the exception of any confidential material or legal documents.

This application is used when wanting to view documents that are held in Council and are not classified as public documents. This application can take up to 21 days to process.
A $30.00 payment is required at the time of lodgment. If the information you require access to is your personal information this fee covers 20 hours of processing time. If it is NOT your personal information but someone elses then this fee only covers the first (one) hour of processing. Additional processing time will be charged to you at the rate of $30 per hour (or on a pro-rata basis for part thereof, and will be required to be paid prior to the release of the documents).

Please complete this form to find out your neighbours name and address. Please note that you will need to state the reason why you need this information.
Information will be provided if required for the business of Council (ie. fencing, lodging applications, tree removal or lopping etc)
You will then be advised in writing of the outcome.
