Installation of Bores

As part of its program to upgrade the quality of our playing fields but reduce our use of potable water, Council is commencing the installation of bores at North Narrabeen Reserve and Kitchener Park. 

Bores have now been sunk at both locations and a satisfactory water supply found.

As the next stage Council will be installing holding tanks and pumps which will deliver water to the irrigation systems.

The irrigation systems will be installed at the completion of the winter season.
