Crafty Kids at Mona Vale Library

School aged children across Pittwater are invited to visit Mona Vale Library during the holidays and take part in one of the free craft sessions on offer.

Children aged between 5 and 12 can drop into one of six sessions at the library during the winter holidays, where they can make anything from paper dolls to treasure chests!

Sessions will start at 10am until 1pm on Monday 2 July, Tuesday 3 July and Wednesday 4 July and again from Wednesday 11 July, Thursday 12 July and Friday 13 July.

Mona Vale Library’s event coordinator Rebeccah Vick said the sessions provided children with creative and fun projects to make.

“All the sessions are designed to stimulate children’s interest in crafts,” she said.

“The drop-in sessions allow children and their parents or grandparents to have fun with craft without having to do all the preparation and the tidy up afterwards.”

The sessions run for two hours however, children can drop in at any time between 10am and 1pm when they are running.

Bookings are not required.  Further information about the sessions can be obtained by calling the library on 9970 1600.
