Meetings, Agendas and Minutes
The full Council meets on the first and third Monday of each month (with the exception of public holidays) at the Mona Vale Memorial Hall, Park Street, Mona Vale. Principal Committee Meetings are also incorporated within the full Council Meetings.
The monthly timetable is as follows:
- 1st Monday - 6.30pm - Council meeting and Corporate Services Committee and Environment & Planning Committee
- 3rd Monday - 6.30pm - Council meeting and Community Services Committee and Urban & Environmental Assets Committee.

Code of Meeting Practice

The Code of Meeting Practice was developed at Pittwater Council in 1993. It is a requirement of the NSW Local Government Act 1993 that all Councils have a code of meeting practice that establishes the rules for Council meetings.
Register of Voting on Planning Decisions at Council Meetings

The Register of Voting on Planning Decisions at Pittwater Council Meetings was developed on 25 August 2008. It is a requirement of the NSW Local Government Act 1993 that a register be maintained that records which councillors vote for and against each planning decision of the council.
