Credit Card Payments
There is a 1% service fee payable on credit card transactions, this charge reflects the cost of accepting credit card payments. Council accept MasterCard, American Express and Visa. Alternatively you can pay your Rates by credit card over the phone, please have your rates notice ready. Call 1300 654 025.
Non Credit Card Payments
How to pay by BPAY, direct debit, cheque or by cash.
Debtor Payments
For online payments of sundry invoices.

Information about how to change your postal address for rates notices, what your rates & waste charges are used for, who pays rates when a property is sold, and what happens if rates are not paid by the due date.
