Internet Explorer Instructions
1. Open Internet Explorer and click on the Tools from the menu bar.
2. In the drop down box, select Internet Options
3. Select the Advanced tab and scroll down to the bottom to find "Use TLS 1.0" and tick the box. Click OK.
You should now be able to make online payments
