Sample Foreshore Vegetation Site Plan
This site plan can be included in the complete project site plan.
Foreshore Vegetation Site Plan must show:
- Seagrass, where present
- Saltmarsh, where present
- Mangroves, where present
- Foreshore vegetation, where present
- Building footprint/activity
- Contours (minimum 10m intervals)
- Foreshore building line
- Set back of development from foreshore vegetation
- Any bushfire asset protection zones within 30 metres of the foreshore
- Any landscaping within 30 metres of foreshore
