Delivery Plan (Management Plan)
Pittwater Council’s 2011 - 2015 Delivery Program and Budget was produced in accordance with the Local Government Act 1993. It identifies key actions that will be undertaken by Council over the coming four-year period to meet the community’s needs. The Delivery Program establishes the overall operating framework for all Council activities and is the foundation on which all other organisational plans, such as business unit and individual performance plans, are based. The Delivery Program also provides an instrument of public accountability and the basis for measuring the performance of the Council. Progress on Pittwater’s Delivery Program is reported every quarter via Council’s Quarterly Report and the Plan is reviewed and placed on public exhibition annually.
Pittwater Council’s Delivery Plan and Budget was placed on public exhibition from 13 April 2011 to 10 June 2011 and public submissions received during this period were considered and changes made to the document where relevant.
The Pittwater Council Delivery Plan was adopted by Council on 20 June and comes into operation on 1 July 2011.
