Computer & Internet Access

Computer and Internet access is available at Mona Vale Library free of charge. We have express computers (numbered 1 to 4) which can be booked for 30 minutes, and long term computers (numbered 5 to 12) which can be booked for 1 hour. Bookings are essential. If you would like to book a computer come into the library or please call 9970 1600.

Please note: online bookings are not available at this time.

Do I need to be a member of the library?

No. You don't need to be a member of Mona Vale Library to use these facilities, but if you would like to become a member please go to the membership page for more information.

How long can I use the computer for?

Library members can have access for up to 2 hours per person per day, please bring your membership card with you to book or use a computer. Guests can have access for 1 hour per person per day, please bring idenfitication so that we can issue you with a guest pass.

What software is available?

We have Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint available on all computers and Internet Explorer is used to access the Internet.

Can I print from the computers?

Yes. We have a central colour printer available to print from all computers.

Are there scanners available?

No scanning is available.

How much does printing cost?

Printing is available on A4 sheets at 20c for black & white, and $1.00 for colour. All printing must be done on paper supplied by Mona Vale Library.
