Reserve a book
You can reserve a book that is on the shelf or currently out on loan. This is useful if you would like an item which is in high demand. A reservation is fee of $1.50 is charged for each item reserved. You must be a member of Mona Vale library to make a reservation. When your item is available you will be contacted by a library staff member.
How do I reserve a book?
- Click onto online catalogue search
- Choose what you would like to search for eg: title, author, subject, etc. and click on it
- Type in your query
- Click onto search
- Select the entry you would like to see by clicking on the blue underlined title
- To reserve an item click on reserve item on the right
- Type in your borrower number on your library card
- Type in your PIN number
- Click onto reserve item
