Report A Hazard
Report a Hazard was developed to make it easier and more convenient for people to let Councils know about hazards on roads, pathways or cycleways. Hazards like missing signs, potholes and pavers that have lifted can all be reported.
There is a different hazard reporting form for cyclists, motorcyclists, pedestrians and drivers of cars and trucks. Each form offers a list of appropriate option boxes to tick, which makes completing the form very quick and easy to use. As soon as the problem is noticed you can go online by clicking on the above logo to complete the hazard reporting form - 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
After completing the appropriate hazard report, it is forwarded automatically to the relevant council for inspection. The sender then receives an auto acknowledgement, containing a reference number for further enquiries.
