Regional Waste Solution: It's our future - don't waste it

The four SHOROC councils (Mosman, Manly, Warringah and Pittwater) have agreed to change the way waste is collected across their council areas. The new system will increase recycling, keep costs down and be easy to use. It will be phased in by 2014-15.
