Development Control Plans
Development Control Plans (DCPs) set the standards, controls and regulations that apply when carrying out development or building work. They support Pittwater Local Environmental Plan 2014, which regulates the uses that are permissible on the land.
Pittwater 21 DCP
Pittwater 21 DCP was first adopted by Council on the 8th December 2003 and came into force on the 1st February 2004. The DCP has since been amended 17 times. Superseded DCPs

State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008
State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008 (the Codes SEPP) specifies exempt and complying development under that Policy. The Codes SEPP has state-wide application and commences on 27 February 2009.
