Surf Schools
The Pittwater area features some of the most attractive and popular beaches and swimming areas in Sydney. A high level of National and International tourists are attracted to Pittwater by the areas distinctive topography, waterways and spectacular beaches and the wide variety of recreational opportunities available for residents and visitors alike to enjoy.
Council recognises the benefit of offering the opportunity to learn to surf and swim to acquire skills and knowledge for personal safety in the surf. Pittwater has several Surf Schools who operate at the following beaches. There are also surf school programs that are run for schools as part of their sporting program.
