SALE BY TENDER –WATERCRAFT
Pittwater Council has removed dinghies and other watercraft within Pittwater, which are currently unclaimed and are held at Council’s holding yard at Boondah Depot, 1 Boondah Road, Warriewood.
Under the provisions of the Impounding Act, these watercraft, will be offered for sale by tender at 8.30am on Saturday 10th December 2011 at the above Depot. All items will be available for viewing between the hours of 8.30am and 10am on Saturday 10th December, 2011. All items sold as is and to be taken on the day before Depot closing. Sale will be sealed tender, to be in even dollar amounts. Payment required on the day and can be made by cash, cheque or credit card (visa or mastercard 1% surcharge applies).
Tenders will be opened at 10.30am on 10th December 2011, and the highest tender will be accepted and must be onsite at time of announcement to collect. In the event of there being equal highest tenders, the matter will be settled by a draw out of the hat.
