Boat Tie-up on Wharves
A wharf tie-up facility is located at Mackeral Beach Wharf.
A waiting list Boat Tie-Up Application Form is to be completed and forwarded to Council. An Application fee of $50 is required at time of lodgement. This will be deducted from the yearly rental when position is offered.
When a position becomes available, you will be required to pay a yearly fee of $500.00 for usage then a temporary licence agreement will be arranged for a period of 12 months or part thereof. This is renewed in March of each year. The licence is subject to terms & conditions.
If any boat tie-up user wishes to move to another location, Council is to be advised in writing, giving details of the location they are wishing to move to. Council is currently developing other wharf boat tie-up facilities throughout Pittwater. The first stage will include the following sites:

- Cargo Wharf Scotland Island
- Bennetts Wharf Coasters Retreat
- Bonnie Doon Wharf Coasters Retreat
- Careel Bay Wharf Avalon
