Access to Information
- A request has been received for a copy of Sydney Water's responses to Pittwater Council regarding their non-participation as landowners in the Warriewood Valley Strategic Review. The request is also for a copy of Council's letter to Sydney Water seeking their response to incorporating Sydney Water land in the Strategic Review.
Access to information collected and held by Pittwater Council is made available in accordance with the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA). Accordingly, a formal GIPA application would need to be lodged with either Council or Sydney Water to gain access to the documentation requested. Please note that whomever the application is lodged with would need to consult with the other party about the release of their letter. Also note that standard fees and charges and timeframes are applicable for such applications.
